Julius tells to Oswald that he is forgotten toon

I think Oswald would feel bad and guilty if he found out about Julius, whom would be their other forgotten brother.

As prideful as Oswald is usually I feel he’d give Julius a hug and apologize and try to comfort Julius considering they are family.... Oswald does feel sympathy for forgotten toons after all..
